Vigyan Gurjari – Shree S. K. Patel College of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Ganpat University organized seminar on Transforming Ideas to Products: Understanding the Innovation Ecosystems for B. Pharm. Students on occasion of 4th Student Innovation Fest (SIF 2024) on 12th August, 2024 at seminar hall of the college. About 110 pharmacy participants were present in the sessions.
The session of seminar was delivered by Dr. Praful Bharadia, Principal & Executive Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy, Ganpat University on “Transforming Ideas to Products: Understanding the Innovation Ecosystems”. He gave very informative session regarding innovation and invention with suitable examples. He also explained various startups scheme offered by the government as well as non-government sectors with funds amount.
Dr. Bharadia explained the overall process of innovation requiring skills, knowledge and other characters resulting in the successful products. He explained the intellectual rights of the product for protecting the ideas or innovative product.
He explained various student startups scheme available at Ganpat University with required help and facilities from the institute. After completion of the session, many students interacted with speaker for several questions regarding the startups and all the questions answer fulfilled by speaker with very good examples. Very good feedback received from the students.
Dr. S. A. Patel, Professor, Faculty of Pharmacy coordinates the overall session successfully with very good feedback from the participants. Mr. Maulin Thakkar provide the necessary help for the successful organization of the seminar.
