Faculty of Pharmacy – Ganpat University organized Bridge Course on Regulatory Affairs for B. Pharm. Students entitled “Unlock your Future in Regulatory Affairs!” on 31st May, 2024. About 100 participants were present online in the sessions.
The first technical session of bridge course was delivered by Mr. Himanshu Chawda, Professor of Practice, Faculty of Pharmacy, Ganpat University on “Regulatory Affairs – Prospects”. He gave very informative session regarding basics, scope and opportunities in regulatory sectors. He also explained the role of quality control and quality assurance department in the industry.
Second session of bridge course was delivered by Dr. Paresh U. Patel, Associate Executive Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy, Ganpat University on “Role and Responsibilities of RA Personnel”. In his session, he has explained role and responsibilities of regulatory persons in the industries. He has also given the examples of institute alumni worked with regulatory departments of reputed industries after their PG study in Quality Assurance specialization.
Dr. S. A. Patel, Professor, Faculty of Pharmacy coordinates the bridge course successfully with very good feedback from the participants. Ms. Janavi Doshi was the anchor and nicely executed overall bridge course sessions.
All the participants were benefited by in depth information about the regulatory affairs basics, role, responsibilities of RA expert. Both experts nicely rectified all participants questions in the scientific manner with good examples. LOC team congratulates all the participants. Certificates were awarded to all successful bridge course participants. The bridge course was ended with the feedback from participants. Very good response received from the participants.
